Vaishnav Tej is the newcomer to the film industry from the mega family. The actor’s debut film is directed by Buchi Babu who earlier assisted Sukumar on the films including Rangasthalam. Mythri Movie Makers are producing the film along with Sukumar. Vijay Setupathi is on board to play the antagonist in the movie.
Titled as Uppena, a lot of reports claiming to be the story of the movie are doing rounds on social media. Every report is carrying a rumored story but this is something that is being shared by everyone.
According to the reports, the film is tipped to be a period drama and the hero will be seen as a fisherman. The movie is said to be based on a revenge story weaved around honor killings. Nakshatra and Devika Sanjay are said to be seen as the heroines in the movie.
