After dating Aditya Chopra for few years before the marriage, she married him after he divorced his first wife. But Rani never confessed in front of media about her relation with Aditya Chopra before marriage.
Now, she is reportedly in London. As per sources, she has been undergoing few special massages in London, which are mostly done for Pregnant ladies. Hence, it is being gossiped in Bollywood that she is pregnant. Her keeping of media distant from some time, is also indicating this. However, neither Rani nor Aditya Chopra are available to confirm this news.
