Andala Khazana Ileana has become highest paid actress in South India by charging Rs 1.5 Crores for the remake of 3 Idiots movie. Director Shankar is directing this film in both the versions in Telugu and Tamil. Ileana is playing the lead role in both the versions.
As per the sources till now no other South Indian actress has been paid Rs 1.5 Crores, seems like Ileana got her number one position by taking Rs 1.5 crores.
Director Shankar who is impressed with the work of Ileana wanted her to be the heroine for both the versions of 3 Idiots, she demanded Rs 1.5 Crores for both the versions together. So the producers obliged.
