Highlights of Rangasthalam pre-release event

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s most awaited film Rangasthalam pre release event held on March 18 in the midst of fans and celebs at RK beach of Vizag city. Here we present you the major highlights of the event. Read on:

The pre-release event was graced by Mega family – Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha, Ram Charan and Upasana, Allu Aravind, Chiranjeevi’s son-in-law Kalyan Dev, Srija and Sushmitha. All the cast and crew of the film were also attended the event.

Village traditional art forms of Telugu people Thappeta Gullu, Burra Katha and drums were performed by the artists and were enjoyed by the audience.

Chandrabose narrated the songs, which symbolized rich Telugu culture, tradition and beauty.

Anchor turned host Anasuya revealed that she essayed the role of Rangammaththa for Ram Charan.

Maanasi performed the blockbuster song Rangamma Mangamma song on stage.

Pooja Hegde performed Jigel Rani song and Jani maser also joined her on stage.

Allu Aravind launched Rangamma Mangamma promo.

Devi Sri Prasad thanked Sukumar and Chandrabose in particular.

Megastar launched the theatrical trailer.

Cast and crew Speech Highlights:

During her speech, Samantha said Rangasthalam for Ram Charan is something like Chiranjeevi’s Swayamkrushi.

Adhi said that Ram Charan’s performance is extraordinary in the film and this would be something like Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi.

Brahmaji said that Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha would be proud for having such a great son.

Sukumar thanked his entire team and thanked Ram Charan and Samantha for their dedication towards work. He also lauded DSP, Chandra Bose, Rama Krishna and Rathnavelu for amazing work.

Ram Charan conveyed Ugadi wishes to his fans. He thanked Sukumar for letting him acquainted with a beautiful village wherein he worked for 50 days.

Last but not least, addressing to Vizag people Chiranjeevi said, “I always go jubilant whenever I visit Vizag. People here are peace-mongers. Rangasthalam is a pure village backdrop film. I feel jealousy as an artist but feel proud as a father. Sukumar maintained same momentum and emotion throughout the film. Ram Charan gave his best performance and I hope it would be something like my film Khaidi.
