The 22 year old actress Saranya, who made her debut in Kollywood with the Kaadhal film has gone missing .Saranya, who acted as the friend of heroine Sandhya in Premisthe(kaadal in Tamil) movie and went to star with the film Jayam Ravi starrer Peraanmai(Tamil).
Saranya’s mother Manjula lodged a complaint saying that Saranya did not return home after went to participate in the shooting of a Tamil film Mazhaikalam and she is being held captive by her lover and is refusing to return her.
On the other hand Saranya said that she is not under anyone’s influence and would like to stay alone and concentrate in acting. Saranya feels that being with her mother would be a hurdle for her progress.
