Bollywood’s sexy item girl Rakhi Sawant is facing allegations with the death of a participant(Laxman) she had called ‘impotent’ on the reality TV show ‘Rakhi Ka Insaaf’.
The Allahabad High Court on Friday stayed the arrest of TV anchor and reality show host Rakhi Sawant in connection with an FIR lodged against her at Prem Nagar police station in Jhansi.
The order was passed by a division bench of Justice Imtiyaz Murtaza and Justice R A Singh. It may be recalled that the Allahabad High Court had on Wednesday reserved its order on a writ petition filed by Rakhi Sawant challenging the FIR.
The mother of Laxman Ahirwar had lodged an FIR against Rakhi and others alleging that they had instigated Laxman to commit suicide.
