Kanneganti Brahmanandam was born at Sattenapalli in Guntur District on 1st February 1956. He then studied BA in Telugu and worked as Telugu Lecturer in Government College in Attili, West Godavari. Passion on the movie has brought him close to Legendary director Jandhyala and gave him chances. Megastar Chiranjeevi has contributed his part in Brahmi’s career. His first break was ‘Ahana Pellanta’ which made him a star comedian overnight. He then didn’t look back and completed 1000 films non-stop. He even entered in the Guinness Book of world records for highest number of films. In 2009, he was honored with ‘Padma Shri’ by the Indian government.
