Tollywood Mega Star and Politician Chiranjeevi celebrating his 57th birthday today.Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad (Chiranjeevi) was born to Konidela Venkat Rao and Anjana Devi on August 22nd in 1955 in Mogalthur,a small village near Narsapur.
Chiranjeevi made his film debut in 1978 with the film Punadhirallu,but his other film Pranam Khareedu released earlier at the box office.He has won 9 Filmfare Awards South, the most by any Telugu actor. Chiranjeevi was honoured with the Padma Bhushan, India’s third highest civilian award.
In 2008, he entered politics by forming the Praja Rajyam Party.Recently he merged his party with in Congress.Now he is busy with politics and he is planning to act in his 150th film soon. So far he is completed 149 films and soon we hope his 150th film will hit the floors.
