Victory Venkatesh is known as a successful remake star. His current film Guru is a remake again. The film Guru is the official remake of Tamil super hit film Irudhi Suttru. The same film has been made in Hindi with the title Saala Khadoos. Rithika Singh is seen in the female lead role. Both Venkatesh and Rithika set on an attractive journey with this Guru. Rithika is considered as a boxer in the film and Venkatesh is going to be seen as a boxing coach in the movie. The film is releasing tomorrow, and we have watched the special premiere show. Story:
Aadi (Venkatesh) loves boxing a lot. But he is an arrogant person. With such arrogance, he was unable to handle people in the boxing academy and coukd not bear the unnecessary politics happening in the academy. With this, he fails to achieve the things he wished for. Aadi turns coach now, and things won’t change much. Aadi will be appointed as a coach for Visakhapatnam boxing academy. He finds Ramulu (Rithika Singh) there. Ramulu’s sister Lux (Mumtaj) does well as a boxer, and she aims for a police job. Aadi finds Ramulu talent and brings her to boxing. At the same time, Ramulu won’t takes boxing seriously. What happens then how did Aadi mold Ramulu reveals the rest of the story?
Cast and Performances:
Venkatesh played the boxing coach role in the film. Venkatesh played an entirely new role and sported a unique look in the film. Venkatesh performed very well with intensity in eyes. He is at his usual best and did well in the emotional scenes. Rithika Singh has got an excellent opportunity in the film, and it is a successful debut for her. Rithika Singh has shown variations in her role perfectly and impressed all. Other actors like Nasser, Bharani, Raghu Babu are good in their limited roles. Mumtaj is impressive as a sister in the film.
Writing Department:
The film is a faithful remake of the original. There are all elements that we would expect from a movie. The story has been written in a smart manner. With the name of entertainment, the makers did not go wrong and had planned the script perfectly well. The writing is exceptional in the movie. The dialogues are good in the film.

Guru is a remake. The film was already made in Tamil and Hindi. With not many changes, the makers brought the film to the Telugu audiences now. We may see the same actors in Telugu version as well. Only a few known faces can be regarded in the film. The film completely revolves around Boxing, and there won’t be any disturbances or the distractions. The emotional content of the film is a major highlight. All the emotions have fallen in the place in the right manner. The characterisations are interesting, and for every character, there is a realistic touch. The interval bang and climax sequences have come out well in the film. There are so many inspirational moments in this movie. Those who have watched the original already might not get moved but if you are watching the film for the first time, it is a must watch. Guru is one of the great films in Telugu in the recent times.
