After the super success of Simmba, actor Ranveer Singh is now coming with a musical film titled Gully Boy. Based on the life of Mumbai based hip hop rapper Devine, Gully Boy is directed by Zoya Akhtar and features Alia Bhatt as the female lead. The audio launch of the film is slated to be held tonight in Mumbai.
Ranveer is going to share the stage with many rappers like Devine, Naezy, D-cypher, Dub Sharma, Devil, Mc Altaaf and other trending rappers from the city. The event will also be graced by Ranveer’s co-actors from the film Alia Bhatt and Siddhanth Chaturvedi.
Ranveer sang all the four songs in the film and he will be performing all of them on the stage along with Devine and Naezy. Initially, Zoya was skeptical to make Ranveer sing but after watching his rapping skills, she made him croon all the songs in the film. The movie is set to release on February 14.
