Riteish Deshmukh is an Indian film actor, producer, and architect. He is known for his work in Hindi and Marathi cinema. He is the son of the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra late Vilasrao Deshmukh. He married popular heroine Genelia. Now, following the footsteps of his father, Riteish wanted to make his entry into the political arena.
Apparently, the young actor is mulling out plans to contest elections from Latur constituency which is his hometown. Riteish is planning to contest for Lok Sabha 2019 elections from Congress party. His political entry will certainly change the calculations in his constituency.
On the film front, he is working on Total Dhamaal with Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Ajay Devgn. The regular shoot is in progress.
