Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha paired up for the first time for an upcoming film titled 96. The movie traces the journey of a love couple in different phases of their lives. Prem Kumar who worked as a cinematographer for the films Pasanga, Sundar Pandian and others is making his directional debut with this movie. The shoot of the film is currently in progress and everyone is so positive about the film’s output.
The makers revealed that the first look of the film will be out on 12th of this month. Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as a travel photographer and Trisha will be playing the role of Jaanu. Janaka Raj, the popular comedy actor is making his re-entry with this film.
The movie also stars Kali Venkat, Muragadhan and others. Govind Menon is the music director and the film’s release date will be announced soon.
