With mixed talk, “Aagadu” came on to the screens in Tollywood. This venture, initially got good hype in the theatres through the benefits show but the talk degraded by the end of the day. As this venture got released in 2000 theatres all over the world and as it has got the highest rates in the benefits show, the collections of this venture crossed 10 Crores, as expected.
With this, “Aagadu” is now the No.2 flick in Tollywood with respect to first day collections. It collected a total of around 10.45 Crores at the box office on the first day. It missed No.1 position with 30 lakhs. Pawan Kalyan’s “Atharintiki Daredhi” is still the No.1 in this domain with 10.75 Crores collection mark on the first day.
We may expect this venture to cross 75 Crores if this swing moves ahead but trade analysts are saying that this flick will end up somewhere around 50 Crores if the talk moves on average rails. Similar plot is stated to be a reason for this average talk.
