Fire mishap in Aravind Swamy’s software company

A fire broke out in a building in Chennai in the wee hours today and the interiors of an office reportedly owned by Aravind Swamy. According to the police, the fire occurred around 3.25 AM and caused damage to the interiors of a private company Talent Maximus, which is situated on the second floor of the commercial complex.

The company is said to be owned by Aravind Swamy, who holds the position of CEO and managing director of the company.The firm deals with payroll processing and temporary staffing across India. According to reports, the security guard noticed smoke on the second floor and alerted the fire and rescue services personnel and officials of the firm.

No one was injured, but a few computers and furniture were gutted. The accident could have caused loss of Rs 50 lakh. However, it is said that no data had been lost in the fire. Aravind Swamy is said to have visited the spot later, and the initial investigations said a short circuit in the air-conditioner could have caused the blaze.
