Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya, who had recently stirred a controversy by calling Pakistani singer Ghulam Ali a ‘mosquito’ from a ‘terrorist country,’, has now found himself in trouble yet again.

The popular 1990s playback singer has now been accused of abusing and molesting a 34-year-old woman, who filed an FIR against him on late Thursday night at the Oshiwara police station, Mumbai.
In Detail: The Women who attended the Kailash Kher’s performance left her seat and stood up due to the heavy crowd that left her ‘touching inappropriately’ by Abhijeet, who sat next to her. The women scolded the singer for his misbehavior in public, to which Bhattacharya threatened her of the consequences.
When a newspaper asked about the same to Abhijeet, he denied saying that “No idea! Police and Security do their job. Gatecrash and nuisance are the main factors.”
Abhijeet, who also gave an interview for another media channel that he wasn’t even present at the event. How could I molested women when I wasn’t even present? I don’t any such women is existed, he said.
Meanwhile, the Police have booked him under section 354 A (molestation) 506 and 34 of the IPC.
