Choreographer Prabhudeva and Nayanatara again failed to attend before the family court in Chennai on November 23, 2010.Now the Tamil Nadigar Sangam has set a final deadline to both the actors. Both the actors have now been ordered to attend before the Nadigar Sangam on January 1, 2011 failing which further action would be taken.
Recently Nadigar Sangam sent summons to both the actors to their respective houses in Chennai and Kerala by registered post. Sources says both the actors are not available to take the registered posts sent has been returned. Now S.Meenakshi Sundaram the principle judge at the family court asked RamLath to give fresh notices to Prabhu Deva and Nayantara through the court post and also courier. The case has been called for next session on January 21, 2011.
