Zanjeer fame Apoorva Lakhia has dared to make the biopic on the famous lady gangster Haseena who is the sister of underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim.
Many don’t know that the Don Dawood has a powerful sister called Haseena. She is said to be more cruel and dangerous that Dawood. She also ruled Mumbai’s underworld for some period of time with the support of her brother. Now, this history is made as a movie by Apoorva Lakhia under the name Haseena: Queen of the Underworld starring Shraddha Kapoor. The first look has made a huge impact and created decent buzz among Hindi Film Circles.
This movie was scheduled to get released on 18th of August. But with the flicks of Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, this movie got postponed further. The new release date will be announced soon by the makers.
