Footballer David Beckham and telly chef Gordon Ramsay are planning to open their own pub in Los Angeles.
And they might even call it The Queen Vic, after David’s wife Victoria, reports dailystar.co.uk.
David and Gordon have been close pals for many years and being regulars on the LA scene, the pair felt it was the best location because a string of expats live in the area.
A pal of David, 35, said: "He wants pie and mash, fish and chips and even chicken in a basket on the menu, just like the meals he eats when he’s in the Britain."
If this happens, David will follow in the footsteps of Madonna’s ex-husband Guy Ritchie, 41, who owns the Punchbowl Pub in London’s Mayfair.
Other A-list celebs, who have their own restaurants, include Britney Spears, 28, Robert De Niro, 66, and Eva Longoria Parker, 35.(IANS)
