Young tiger Jr NTR,Trisha and Karthika starrer film Dhammu is ready to hit the silver screens worldwide on April 27th in a grand manner.The movie is also releasing in Tamil language.Dhammu is directed by Boyapati Sreenu and MM Keeravani has composed the music.
