Mega star and Praja Rajyam Party leader Chiranjeevi has been met with PCC chief D Srinivas in Hyderabad on today. The meeting was attended by few MLAs of Praja Rajyam Party and its leaders.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Chiranjeevi said that he will join with Congress leaders in working for the party under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. He said that process of merging Praja Rajyam Party with Congress will take about a month. Praja Rajyam Party will hold a formal public meeting after the merger.
D Srinivas said that the meeting with Chiranjeevi is a formal one. He said that with he will join Chiranjeevi in strengthening the Congress party in the state.
