Praja Rajyam Party president, Mr Chiranjeevi will visit the Telangana region on 23rd this month. No, this visit is not in support of United AP, but due to the Narsapuram court (near Warangal) order to attend the court as a witness to a case related to a case when Chiranjeevi himself was hit by eggs before the last assembly elections here.
Before the last assembly elections, some miscreants (TRS activists) threw eggs at Chiranjeevi when he was addressing people at a road show near Warangal.The court has sent several summons to Chiranjeevi to attend the court in the proceedings on this case. However Chiranjeevi didn’t heed any of the summons.
However the PRP leaders claim that the court which is run by Telangana lawyers and judges are issuing summons to Chiranjeevi so that the Telangana people can target him when he enters the Telangana region.
It is well known that the ‘egg throwers’ were from the TRS party. And the PRP leaders are afraid that if Chiranjeevi attends the court, then the TRS party would make all efforts to attack him and gherao him since he now supports United Andhra Pradesh.
