Prominent TDP leader of Chittoor district and a founder member of the regional party Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu passed away. Hailing from Puttur was a six-time legislator and held prominent cabinet posts in NTR regime but was relegated by Chandrababu Naidu.
Gali Muddukrishnam Naidu had left TDP after the downfall of N T R regime and got elected as Congress MLA. Later he joined TDP and got elected in 2009 but defeated in 2014 polls to YSRC leader Actress Roja.
However, the death of Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu was mourned by several politicians and film celebs. Celebs like Balayya, Murali Mohan, Mohan Babu and Nara Rohith paid homage to Gali Muddukrishnam Naidu at his residence.
