Supers star Mahesh Babu’s latest film ‘Srimanthudu’ has become the second biggest hit of Tollywood. Such hit film is obvious to face few plagiarism charges as people will be trying to use the film to get attention. The movie already completed its 50 days of run successfully.
A person named Sarath Chandra has now lodged a complaint that the story of ‘Srimanthudu’ is taken from his novel ‘Chacchentha Prema’, written in 2012. He added that he wanted to make the film with Nara Rohit, but the project didn’t materialize. He added that he was still in discussions with few actors to make the film, but the makers of ‘Srimanthudu’ have stolen his story.
Makers of ‘Srimanthudu’ have not yet responded to this.
Srimanthudu directed by Koratala Siva and Mahesh Babu, Shruti Hassan played the lead roles.
