Actress Bhuvaneswari filed a case against a businessman at Annur Police Station for cheating her. As per the reports Bhuvaneswari had 64 cents land in Annuru, Kovai district, Tamilanadu and she sold the house and a portion of land to a businessman named N. Subramaniam of the same locality in the year 2012. The rest of land and a theater in that land was occupied by Subramaniam (Same person) by forging documents and also managed to transfer the rest of her land in his name.
The Annur police have now registered a case against Subramaniam under sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for the purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document or electronic record) of the Indian Penal Code.
Actress Bhuvaneswari is now fighting to get her properties back. Earlier also she was arrested several times for involving in illegal activities!!
