It is the time of the year when we are all going to hoot “Ganpati Bappa Morya” and will be busy enjoying the very colorful festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. In the honor of Lord Ganesha, we not only celebrate the high on energy festival, but add more glitz and glamor to it by playing some very apt and lovely songs, which commemorate the festival.
Here is our Ganpati playlist.
1.Deva Ho Deva:
Whenever we simply mention Ganesh Chaturthi, this is the very first song that crosses our mind. Why not? It is one of the finest tracks ever and the spirit and zeal shown in the song is amazing. Amjad Khan, Mithun Chakravarthy, Danny Dangzongpa and Vijayendra Ghatge are seen dancing their heart out in this track from Humse Badhkar Kaun.
2.Mera Hi Jalwa:
High on energy and dipped in spirits, the whole Ganpati dance got glamourized in this one frame. Not only Salman Khan shakes a leg, but so do Prabhu Deva, Anil Kapoor and Govinda. This track from Wanted has been topping Ganpati playist since the year it released.
3.Mourya Re:
Marking SRK’s entry in Don and even the entry of Ganesh Ji, this track has some fun and quirky steps. Crooned by Shankar Mahadevan, the track is pure fun.
4.Ganpati Apne Gaon Chale:
This track from Agneepath, is mostly played while visarjan. The tone is authoritative and Vijay Dinanath Chauhan epitomized the whole flick, including this song. While Mithun Chakraborty did almost all the dancing, this track is best enjoyed with your gang while you bid adieu to Ganpati Bappa.
5.Deva Shri Ganesha:
One of the most powerful tracks from the remake of Agneepath, which starred Hrithik Roshan in the role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, Deva Shri Ganesha has been listed as the track marking the Ganpati Utsav. Such powerful soundtrack by Ajay and Atul will leave you mesmerized and will surely surround you with the zeal and spirit of Ganesh Utsav.
6.Sindhoor Lal Chadayo:
The very power-packed Aarti from Vaastav is all you need to play on loop for the days you celebrate Ganpati Mahotsav. The whole zesty tones and the chants will leave you stunned. This is what you need to listen to and it is bound to give you goosebumps.
