Prabhas Raju Uppalapati (born October 23, 1979), popularly known as Prabhas,is an Indian Film actor in Tollywood and the nephew of Tollywood star and politician Krishnam Raju Uppalapati. He was born to Late U Suryanarayana Raju and Siva Kumari.
He is one of three children, his brother is Prabodh and sister is Pragathi. His uncle is the famous actor and politician Krishnam Raju Uppalapati.His Best Friend is GOPICHAND. He currently lives in Hyderabad,India. He belongs to the same village "mogaluturu" from where Megastar chiranjeevi hails from it.
Prabhas started his movie career with Eshwar in 2002 about a poor boy falling in love with a rich girl. In 2003, he was seen as the lead in Raghavendra. Both did not do well at the box office.
