Malaysian actress Haanii Shivraj Anjana, who played a small role in Karthi’s Biriyani has died on 13th April, 2015 due to cancer. She also played a small role in Ajith’s Aarambham movie and she acted in several Malaysian films. Haani’s funeral will be held at PJ Kampung Tunku residence.
Haanii Shivaraj played a scene with hero Karthi in Biryani movie, she is one of the three girls with whom Karthi flirts in the car show room scene in the flick. She
lost her life at a very young age.
Biriyani’s director Venkat Prabhu has expressed his grief and miseries to Haani’s family in the following message.
“Dear family of Haanii… it was indeed a pleasure having known such a dynamic person. Her confidence was an envy of many whom she had known. Her sweet & kind manners were nothing less then a well brought up lady. It was my honour to have had the opportunity to work with her in my film, Biryani. She was a talented artiste. I am deeply saddened by her loss. I know no words can express the misery you family is going through. My family and I join your family in praying for her eternal peace. My deepest condolences”.
