Censor board former chief Pahlajj Nihalani is planning to come up with a biopic based on the life of the businessman Vijay Mallya. The same news has been announced by him to the media officially. Popular Bollywood actor Govinda is playing Vijay in the film and the actor’s look from the film is surprising everyone on the social media now.
In the past, Nihlani joined hands with Govinda for the film Rangeela Raja. Having impressed with Govinda in the film, the director cast him in this movie. The makers recently shot a song for the film and Govinda’s look is going to be a special highlight in it. The pic featuring Govinda is currently trending viral on the social media.
