Super Star Mahesh Babu receives his fifth film fare award in his career for the performance he has delivered in the film Srimanthudu as Harsha. The actor who is enjoying a vacation did not attend the awards function. His award was received by Devi Sri Prasad and Srimanthudu producer. Mahesh Babu upon hearing the news that he received the award has posted a series of tweets on Twitter thanking all his fans and the Filmfare for giving him the award. He says that he missed attending the event.
“Honoured to win the Filmfare Best Actor award for Srimanthudu. Thank you Filmfare and the Times group.. A Big Thank You to all my fans for making this possible.. Missed being there on the big night..” tweeted Mahesh Babu.
Soon after returning from the vacation, the actor will start concentrating on a film with Muragadoss.
