While S.S.Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali- The Beginning’ is still creating some records across globe, award grabbing has already begun with Rana Daggubati being the first to receive. Daggubati Rana, who was played the mighty Bhallaladeva in the beginning, will be given the Asia Vision Movie Award on December 2nd in Dubai.
Rana, who was shown extremely brutal in the first part, took off his character so well from the beginning scene. The dictatorship that he performed in Baahubali was the major highlight of the film. Baahubali- that was released on 10th of July across the world has approximately collected over Rs 650 Cr and stood as one of the biggest films in Indian Cinema.
Now, recognising Rana’s presence in Baahubali, the Asian Vision Movie Award committee and elected Rana as the best performer on a single tone.

Celebrating his award winning acting, Baahubali team is filled with joy saying that this is just the tip of an iceberg as many more recognition and awards are still to come for Baahubali and S.S.Rajamouli.
On the other hand ‘Baahubali’ has also dominated the IIFA South awards by putting itself in 11 nominations. Best Picture, Best Male and Female Playback Singer, Best Lyrics, Best Music (Keeravani), Best Director (Rajamouli), Best Actor (Prabhas), Best Actress (Tamannaah), Best Supporting Actor (Satyaraj), Best Supporting Actress (Ramya Krishnan) and Best Villain (Rana).
