Though the main cast is always a talked about affair in film industry, but we all do look forward to cameos by our favie stars in movies. It comes almost as a breath of fresh air, while celebrities make special appearances in films with different lead pair.
Here, while year is about to end, we take a look back and check out the best cameos by Celebrities in films we have watched so far.
1.Irrfan Khan in Haider
While the whole Vishal Bhardwaj tell-tale received mass applauses for great acting and storyline, we couldn’t help but laud for ingénue Irrfan Khan for his cameo in Haider. Had it not been for ‘Roohdaar’, Haider would have lost its meaning.
2.AbRam in Happy New Year
This was by far the most adorable cameo ever, leave alone this year. Shah Rukh’s little bundle of Joy, AbRam Khan was the cutest in the film’s end credits. He just took the cake away by his cutesy charm.
3.Ranbir Kapoor in P.K
Even though he didn’t have release this year, doesn’t mean that we didn’t get to see him on screen. In his semi-nude avatar, don’t mind the girls drooling at him. After seeing him in P.K, I was personally exclaiming, ‘Oh My God’. He looked that good. Ranbir had a really brief cameo, but it was a dumdaar one.
4.Ranveer Singh in Finding Fanny
His impromptu gig on sets and it turns out to be a cameo. And resultant being a funny man who chokes on cake and dies, leaving behind a virgin-bride.
5.Anurag Kashyap and Vishal Dadlani in Happy New Year
Taking quirkiness to new heights and levels, director Anurag Kashyap and Music Composer-Singer Vishal Dadlani added humor in Farah Khan’s Happy New Year.
6.Govinda in Happy Ending
As the star Armaan, Govinda tried to bring on screen a superstar who wished to save his sinking career. And he surely did a real fine job, we must say!
7.Sajid Khan in Happy New Year
Brother Sajid Khan in sister Farah Khan’s Happy New Year also contributed to the bit of laughter in the musical heist film. Playing a director himself, Sajid did what his sister made him do.
8.Jimmy Shergill in Bang Bang
Playing Hrithik’s elder brother and military officer, Jimmy Shergill was lauded for his appearance in the movie. We do wish, we could have gotten to see more of him in the film. But, with his role, the plot found its desi turn.
9.Riteish Deshmukh in Entertainment
The very freakish exchange between Riteish Deshmukh and Akshay Kumar was something all liked. The way these two talk induces laughter in itself.
10.Preity Zinta in Happy Ending
We all love Preity and Saif’s Jodi on screen. And when in Happy Ending, we finally saw these two bond on screen, it was nothing short of fun. The easy chemistry between them was so nice to see.
11.Shah Rukh Khan in Bhootnath Returns
When Badshah and Shehenshah unite on screen, it is always a delight to watch them. Don’t you think?
