Actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna and his wife Vasundhara Devi have the other day performed the ‘Kalasarpa Dosha Nivarana’ pooja under the supervision of noted astrologer Parankusam Venu Swamy.
It may be noted that the ‘Kalasarpa Dosha Nivarana’ pooja is performed only by those who seek power but not by common people. Balayya performing this pooja just a few days ahead of his brother-in-law and AP CM Chandrababu Nadu planning to expand his cabinet has raised several eyebrows.
It is heard that Balakrishna hopes to get the cabinet minister berth in the upcoming cabinet expansion. Media is abuzz with reports that Balakrishna will completely devote his time to politics after the release of his prestigious 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni, which will hit screens for Sankranthi 2017.
We need to wait and see if Balayya’s pooja yields ministerial berth for him or not?
