Baahubali and Srimanthudu movies rejected by jury

Baahubali and Srimanthudu, the two super hit films that stood at the first top two places of highest collectors in Telugu Cinema simply got rejected for the International Film Festival of India.

Baahubali that is directed by S.S.Rajamouli and stars Prabhas in the lead role is one of the highest film collectors in Indian Cinema. This film not created and broke many records since the day of its release. After a month of its release Mahesh Babu’s ‘Srimanthudu’ got released. This film was also received well and bagged huge amount of revenue. These films have not only good collections but were also made upon some appealing content that will reach many.

These two films along with three other Telugu films were recommended for Tollywood to Indian Panorama for the 46th International Film Festival of India.

Much to Telugu Cinema lover’s disappointment, all the five films got rejected to go further for the fest. This fest will be held from 20th to 30th of November in Goa.

Bollywood film’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Masaan will be screened at this film festival.

This isn’t any first time, but also for the second time that Telugu films got rejected by the jury.
