Tamil actor Arun Vijay, who was seen in a spectacular role in Ajith Kumar’s ‘Yennai Arndhaal’, was reportedly booked under drunk and drive case.
Vijay’s car reportedly rammed into a parked police vehicle outside the Nugambakkam police station in Chennai at around 4 AM on August 27. He escaped without any injuries, though. The actor was returning from a wedding reception party. The alcohol level in his blood was found to be above the permissible limit, and a case of drunk and drive has been booked against him under Section 185 of Motor Vehicles Act. His car was seized by the Pondy Bazaar police.
Arun Vijay is the son of veteran actor Vijay Kumar. He started his acting career with “Love Story” and has acted in several Tamil films. He was also seen in Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’.
