It was Salman Khan who spotted the actor in Arjun Kapoor and mentored him while he was still prepping to take the route to acting. And now since Arjun Kapoor has had too many feathers in his cap as ana actor and is a full-blown actor, he dedicates a song to Salman Bhaijaan.
In his upcoming flick Tevar, which is a sort of home production as it is produced by the Kapoors itself, Arjun has shot a song which is a sort of his idea of tribute to his mentor Salman Khan. The situational song which is actually introduction of Arjun’s acharacter Pintoo, opens with the lines, “Main toh Superman Salman ka fan, jo leve mujhse panga, kar doon mein uska band”.
Capturing the essence of Agra and introducing the character, producer Sanjay Kapoor, actor Arjun Kapoor, director Amit Sharma, lyricist Kausar Munir and music director Sajid-Wajid have come up with this song.
It has been shot at Agra, in front of Taj Mahal and in the lanes of the glorious city. The song has lyrics even dedicated to Salman and it is homage that Arjun pays to his mentor. Nice!
