Thala 55 shooting is currently going on in and around Chennai, and the first portions with Anushka are done. So the actress has actually taken this time to join the sets of Rajnikanth’s Lingaa, in which too, she is playing a female lead role.
The Gautham Menon – Ajith movie, however, will continue with their production work, by canning the scenes with Trisha and Ajith. It is for this part of the story that Ajith has dyed his hair black, and is sporting a handlebar moustache. Baby Anikha Surendran, who is playing the onscreen daughter of Ajith and Trisha, has finished her portions as well.
So now, it will be only when this schedule of filming moves on from Trisha, and Anushka gets back to the sets that Ajith will revert to his old, natural grey haired look.
So you see, it is indeed up to Anushka when Thala turns grey again!
Ajith’s character in the flick is named Sathyadev and there were some speculations yesterday that the name of the movie could be Sathya. But if it is true or not will only be confirmed by Gautham Menon sometime this week.
Harris Jayaraj is the man composing the tunes for this flick and Dan Macarthur is wielding the camera.
The film has been touted as a mass entertainer of an action thriller and is currently aiming for a Diwali release. This is thrilling news for the fans, as once again after Jilla and Veeram, this means a new box office war between Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay’s Kaththi and Thala 55.
