Anushka Shetty‘s Bollywood debut has been the talk of the town for quite some time. She was offered a role in Karan Johar’s production venture. However, latest reports suggest that she has declined the offer; mainly because she was not really happy with the kind of role she was offered. But the surprising part is that Prabhas might be the reason why she refused this offer.
Apparently, she consulted Prabhas when the offer came her way, and he suggested her to reject the offer citing remuneration issue.”
It is said that, she has rejected some other lucrative offers like this before. She was reportedly offered Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again, Singham and Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha previously, but then obviously we didn’t see her in any of these films, as she was not quite satisfied with the kind of characters she was offered to play.
