Chief Minister Mr. K. Rosaiah was fuming on the ministers for leaking details of the Cabinet discussions to the media. He was annoyed over how all the decisions and discussions of the Cabinet was reaching the media within minutes. He threatened the ministers that he would have to spy on them to find out the leak and to fix it. He expressed his resentment at some ministers even taking the reporters along with them in their cars. He riminded the ministers of their oath of secrecy under the Constitution and that they should show their integrity and stick to it.
