Yester year actress Sumalatha,is now making a comeback in a mother’s role in Major Ravi directed Kandahar. She is married to Kannada actor and politician Ambareesh.
In Kandahar she is playing Amitabh Bachchan’s wife and Ganesh Venkatram’s mother.
She has just joined the unit yesterday (June 30) in Ooty and has most of her scenes are likely to be with Amitabh.
