The bubble bee of tinselville, who is basking in the success since her very debut, Alia Bhatt, is all set to learn a new sport. The young star has started taking Hockey lessons just to make her role look more authentic in her upcoming flick.
For her next, Udta Punjab, in which she is paired opposite Shahid Kapoor, Alia is required to play hockey. And to perfect her role, the young actress has started her hockey lessons. In order to avoid crowd, her lessons are scheduled at 7 in the morning. Alia who is quite social on Instagram, posted a picture a few days back, captioning it, “My New Friend”.
With the recent trend being, actors are taking up respective sports to make their look more genuine. Sonakshi learnt boxing for Holiday, so did Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom. Arjun Kapoor got the hang of Kabbadi for Tevar, whereas Parineeti Chopra learnt to play golf for Kill Dil.
