Aishwarya issue puts producer in a fix
Apoorva Lakhia, the producer with an iron will, tasted success with Shoot-out at Lakhandwala after two miserable flops, Mumbai se Aye Mera Dost and Ek Ajnabi. Buoyed by his recent success, he planned to make Mission to Istanbul with Abhishek Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi, to whom Lakhia attributes the credit for Shoot-out at Lakhandwala becoming a hit. It is believed that Abhishek refused to act along with Vivek Oberoi, on the only ground that the latter was once the boy friend of Aishwarya Bachchan. Now, the bubble of the producer is burst. He is said to be in a fix about whom to appease and whom to oppose. Meanwhile, his mission is banished to quarantine.
