Vidyullekha Raman who tried her best to reach the Airtel customer care officials failed to convey the problem. Irked with this, she took her Twitter to let the company know of this serious network issue. She wrote, “@Airtel_Presence your lack of customer support and cooperating is extremely disappointing as we have been loyal to your network for years. My father @actormohanraman has been very patient tweeting and calling you with zero response from your end”.
She continued in her next tweet trying to convey saying “@Airtel_Presence if no action is taken regarding the lack of network in our area in the next 24 hrs, we will definitely be doing a mobile portability for all of our numbers”. Seems like Vidyu Raman is fed up with this negligence. Who knows if the telecom company would react to this issue or no?
