After Mahesh Babu, Prakash Raj will adopt a village in Telangana

Prakash Raj, who is a versatile character artiste, has decided to adopt a village and contribute his portion to the society.

Prakash Raj has, recently, met Telangana Panchayat Raj and Information Technology Minister K. Tarakarama Rao and expressed his desire of adopting a village in Telangana. The minister welcomed his decision with an open heart and suggested to adopt Kondareddy Palle in Mahboob Nagar district that is very far from development.

Prakash Raj will soon be visiting Kondareddy Palle and will conduct a survey of what needs to be done in the village. The actor said that the ‘Gramajyothi’ – an initiative by the Telangana Government had moved him very much and then he had decided to help the government in any possible manner.

Earlier, Super Star Mahesh Babu had adopted a village in Chintalkunta of Mahboob Nagar and Burripalem of Andhra Pradesh. KTR himself suggested Mahesh Babu to adopt a village in Telangana.

Manchu Vishnu also took a decision to adopt ten villages of Chandragiri Mandal of Chittoor district.
