The most adored on screen love birds of the present times and the crusaders flying high after their singular biggest hit Aashiqui 2, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor made an endearing appearance this time on hot seat at Koffee with Karan. K Jo lit the mood with the romantic pair directing some very twisted and some very very straight questions at the duo.
The couple, who are rumored to be ‘more than just good friends’ in real life, tackled the queries in the most witty and smart manner. When K Jo asked Shraddha if she was in love with Aditya Roy Kapoor, she swiftly replied “Why don’t you ask him that?”, to which Aditya made a candid “Of Course we are in love” statement that threw both the audience and K Jo in a speculative loop without actual confirmation. The celebrated director shot some other queries as to whether both Aditya and Shraddha met each other’s parents, the beautiful couple replied that they did, making audience wonder if indeed, there was more on cards than just friendship.
Aditya shared his love for Ranbir Kapoor while Shraddha shared her views on rising to stardom with one single hit and how everything changes for actors. She also stated that despite the cold shoulder given by Aditya Chopra on casting her, she is willing to work with him anytime given a chance.
The highlight of the show, was of course, when Aditya and Shraddha sang ‘Tum Hi Ho’ together from their hit movie and touched the romantics everywhere in the most sublime way.
