1 vs Race Gurram

Talk about competition and we can safely infer to the star groups in Tollywood. Cutting the slack for Mahesh’s 1-Nenokkadiney is Allu Arjun’s Race Gurram. The film makers of the latter are planning to release the entertainer the same time as 1 – for Sankranti. Something similar had happened last year when Naayak was released at the same time as SVSC on purpose. While 1 marks a total action entertainer with visuals close to Hollywood’s ‘Bourne’ series, Race Gurram is a complete entertainer with romance, action and comedy put on one plate. Though the two films in question cater to two different genre, the collections at box office will definitely get hit when released at the same time. 1 stars Mahesh Babu and Kriti Sanon in the leads, directed by Sukumar, and Race Gurram stars Allu Arjun and Shruti Hassan in the leads, directed by Surender Reddy.
