Actress Vidya Balan said that in her younger days, she used to wear Jhumkas worth only Rs 5.
Vidya said this while attending a promotional event as the brand ambassador of Signature Senco Gold and Diamonds. When asked about what kind of jewellery she likes, Vidya said, “I am a fan of traditional jewelry more than modern. I wear mostly saris and jhumkas for making appearances. I started with jhumkas worth just Rs 5, and I sometimes wear those even today when I am not in the mood to dress up”.
