The makers of senior hero Venkatesh’s new film ‘Guru’ have today released a Diwali special poster for fans.
The versatile actor is playing the character of a boxing coach in Guru. The film’s first look was released long back and it was well received by fans. Venkatesh’s fierce beard and macho look were appreciated. Now, this Diwali poster is also receiving applause from movie lovers. Venky and Ritika Singh, the actress who will be seen as his disciple in the film, are seen on a bike in the new poster.
The film is the official Telugu remake of Madhavan starrer Hindi film ‘Saala Khadoos’. Ritika had also played the same character in the Hindi version. Sudha Kongara is the film’s director. This will be yet another interesting movie from Venkatesh after Gopala Gopala and Drishyam.
Makers are planning to release the film for Christmas this year.
