Popular TV actor, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ fame Yash Pandit has been booked for raping an actress on the pretext of marriage.
As per reports, Yash invited the actress to his home in Juhu where he raped her several time. Yash met this actress in this year on the sets of a TV show. Their bond became closer, and Yash promised the actress for a marriage. Believing him, the actress participated in several sexual intercourse with the actor, who later came to known that he defrauded her.
The victim registered a complaint against the actor at the Juhu Police station after being avoided by Yash. Yash Pandit’s trace is unknown.
“He only had intentions of developing a physical relationship with me. He confessed to me that he had sexual relationships with other girls. They perhaps did not approach the cops, because they were scared of being defamed. But, I wanted to teach him a lesson to get his nefarious intentions out in public view” said the victim.
When asked about the cases that were lodged against the actor, a senior Police officer said, “A newly appointed officer is handling the case. After a thorough study of the case, additional sections will be implied” conclude the officer.
