The Tamil film Industry is facing huge loss too. Meanwhile, the actor Mansoor Ali Khan at a recent event has opened up and criticised the Prime Minister’s move.
“Prime minister Modi has taken a decision that has made everyone run out of money. There are many Theaters turning empty. The movie industry is hit very badly. Modi should compensate the producers for the drop in collections. The least he can do is that he should say that the old 500 and 1,000 notes are valid tenders till March 31. People who have loads of black money are not turning up in queues. It is commoners who suffer” actor Mansoor Ali Khan said.
