Dubbing work for superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming high budget VFX extravaganza ‘2.0’ has reportedly started. Film’s sound designer and Oscar winner Resul pookutty has made this revelation on twitter.
The shoot of ‘2.0’ is not done yet but the post-production activities have already commenced and are progressing at jet speed. As the film needs heavy VFX work, the makers have commenced the dubbing and other works well in advance. It may be noted that 2.0 will hit screens for Diwali 2017.
Made on a budget of Rs 400 Cr, 2.0 also star Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in key roles. Akshay’s crow man look, and Rajini’s reboot of Chitti in the film’s first look poster have already been received well. As Shankar’s last film ‘I’ didn’t work well, the genius director is working double hard to meet the staggering expectations this time.
